Mostbet Rules
These rules govern your use of Mostbet. They cover account requirements, betting procedures, payments, and user responsibilities. By creating an account, you agree to follow them. Read through before you register, and if something does not make sense, ask for support first.
Mostbet is operated by Bizbon N.V., registered in Curacao, and holds a Curacao eGaming licence. All bets go through the official Mostbet server, and in any dispute, server records are treated as the primary source of truth.
User Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mostbet. Your login and password belong to you alone. Do not hand them to anyone. When you sign up, enter your real name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number. Fake details will catch up with you at withdrawal. Each user is responsible for checking whether online gambling is legal where they live. Remember: gambling is entertainment, not a financial strategy.
Account and Registration
One account per person. That is the rule. Duplicates get shut down, funds held, and you get banned. Your account is personal. No selling it, no lending it out, no letting someone else bet through it. Fund transfers between player accounts are blocked. Mostbet can reject any registration without giving a reason.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
Mostbet verifies user identities to prevent fraud and stay compliant with anti-money laundering regulations. At any point you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). Expect this especially before your first withdrawal. The verification process can take up to 60 days. Until it is complete, some features stay locked. Refuse to hand over documents or submit unreliable information, and your account may be suspended with all bets cancelled.
Betting Rules
Mostbet accepts bets based on its sportsbook. A bet counts as accepted only once it has been registered on the server. After that, no cancellations and no changes.
- Bet acceptance. Pre-match bets go in before the scheduled start of an event. Dates and times in the line are approximate and can shift. A bet placed after the actual start of an event gets voided. The exception is live betting, where in-play bets are accepted right up until the final whistle;
- Bet limits. The minimum stake is the equivalent of $0.20. The maximum stake is set individually for each event and depends on the sport and market. If an accumulator or system bet includes events with different maximum limits, the lowest limit applies to the entire bet. The maximum payout per bet is $30,000 (or the equivalent in your account currency). The maximum coupon odds are capped at 1,000. If the combined odds exceed 1,000, the payout will be calculated using 1,000;
- Duplicate bets. Repeated bets on the same or dependent outcomes (for example, team to win, team to win or draw, team handicap) from the same user are not permitted;
- Odds changes. Odds, handicaps, totals, and maximum stakes can shift after any bet is placed. That said, conditions locked into already registered bets stay fixed at the time of placement;
- Voided bets. Mostbet can void bets when there are obvious pricing errors, staff mistakes in the line, evidence of match fixing, or changes to the competition format. Voided bets settle at odds of 1 (stake returned). In accumulators and system bets, voided legs are simply excluded from the calculation;
- Postponed and cancelled events. If a team fails to appear, bets are returned (odds of 1). If an event is postponed and not completed within the set timeframe, bets are voided;
- Results and settlements. Only results announced by Mostbet count for bet settlement. Claims are considered only when backed by official documents from the relevant sports federation. In casino games that use a random number generator (RNG), the outcome comes from server records. If there is a discrepancy between what the player saw on screen and what the server logged, the server wins;
- Payouts. Winnings hit your account within 30 calendar days of the official publication of results. Anything at $2,000 or above counts as a large win and goes through verification before it lands. You cannot withdraw large winnings until that check is done. If you got a problem with how a bet was settled, you have 10 days from the credit date to raise the issue;
- Errors. If funds are mistakenly credited to your account, Mostbet can cancel bets made with that money, void the winnings, and debit the incorrect amount. No exceptions.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Every deposit must come from a payment method in your own name. Third-party payments get rejected. Do not deposit money just to move it around or store it. Accounts that show deposits with no real betting activity get flagged, and restrictions may follow.
- Withdrawals go back the same way the deposit came in. If withdrawal details do not match the deposit details, Mostbet can refuse the request or offer a bank transfer instead;
- Withdrawal limits apply to every account. $5,000 per day (or the equivalent in your account currency), $15,000 per week (Monday to Sunday), $50,000 per month (calendar month);
- Mostbet may adjust these limits at any time, including individually for specific accounts;
- Processing times. Amounts under $1,000 usually go through within 72 hours. For $1,000 and above, expect up to 7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees;
- Wagering requirement. Before you can withdraw, your total qualifying bets need to exceed the total amount deposited since registration. Only bets at odds of 1.3 or higher count. The following do not qualify: free bets, promo bets (placed with a promo code), bets using boosters or bonus funds, voided or returned bets, bets on cancelled events, and bets with minimal balance impact (opposite outcomes in roulette, baccarat, dice, and similar games);
- Fraud prevention. Mostbet may ask for a photo of the bank card used for transactions. Both sides of the card, with the first 6 and last 4 digits visible, the cardholder’s name showing, and the CVV code on the back covered. Transaction fees from your payment provider are on you.
Prohibited Uses
Mostbet is for personal entertainment only. Things that get your account shut down and funds seized: multiple accounts, fake identities, using someone else’s payment method, placing bets on behalf of others, bots or scripts of any kind, exploiting software bugs or bonus loopholes, money laundering, betting with insider knowledge, working as part of a syndicate, and anything that compromises sporting integrity.
Changes to Rules
Mostbet updates these rules from time to time, no individual notice. Changes kick in the moment they go live on the website. Bets already placed keep their original conditions. If you stay on the platform after an update, you accept the new version.
Complaints and Disputes
Problems go to support first. Give them all the details: dates, amounts, screenshots. In any dispute, server records are the final word. You have 10 calendar days from the settlement date to file a complaint about a specific bet. If you are not happy with the outcome, you can escalate to the Curacao licensing authority.
